Headcount Documentation
Headcount turns your Craft CMS site into a recurring-revenue membership platform — Stripe and PayPal billing, tiered plans, season memberships, wallet cards, content gating, drip content, member portal, and revenue reporting, all native to the control panel.

Install Headcount via Composer and enable it in Craft.
Configuration
Wire up Stripe, PayPal, webhooks, and config overrides.
Usage
Plans, gating, drip content, and Twig helpers.
Season Memberships
Fixed-term plans where every member shares one calendar year.
Wallet Cards
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet membership cards.
REST API

Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions.
Architecture at a Glance
Headcount uses a hybrid architecture: a custom Subscription element stores billing state in a dedicated table linked to Craft’s elements table; user group sync reflects active subscriptions in native Craft groups; content gating hooks the entry authorization layer so it works regardless of template code; and the payment layer uses the Stripe SDK and PayPal REST API v2 directly.
